When comparing our prices
please
remember that we do not charge extra for awnings/gazebos/pup tents, and
all
showers and hot water sinks are free to use (no fumbling for change
with soap in your eyes). In Mid and High Season
Grumpy Pete's Bar and the shop are open, we aim to heat our pool to 28
degrees and it is available to all guests for no
extra cost - a swimming session at the
local leisure pool is £5.60 for an adult and a child £3.80.

calculated
from the number of people for each pitch, plus electricity and dogs.
Caravans, tents or motorhomes are inclusive and there are no additional
charges for awnings, gazebos or pup tents. NB there are no dedicated
parking areas at Budemeadows and everything you bring, including
vehicles, must fit comfortably within the boundaries of your pitch
leaving an adequate gap between yourself and your neighbours.
Terms of Booking : £5
per night per
pitch
non-refundable deposit (minimum £20 per pitch) at time of booking with
balance payable 30 days before arrival. Bookings to the value of £30
or less must be paid in full at the time of booking.
# For parties with just
one adult the
basic pitch fee includes up to 2 children (3 - 14 years).
* Specific Pitch Fee (SPF): This is payable during High season, per pitch, if you wish to guarantee a particular pitch. Large Caravans/Motorhomes (7.5m to 8m) and Large Tents (7m or bigger) are only accepted on certain pitches and must pay the specific pitch fee in high season. Please remember to include any awnings or extensions in the size given. Our pitches have designated boundaries and are of varying shapes and sizes and thus we are restricted in the number of pitches which are large enough to safely accommodate large tents. For this reason tents larger than 7m can only be booked onto our larger pitches and the SPF will be payable during High Season. Please note that whilst we are unable to accept tents or tent/awining/extension combinations larger than 8.5m in high season we may be able to accommodate them when we are less busy. We are unable to accept caravans or motorhomes longer than 8 meters at any time.

you would like to
find
out what camping is like, but don't want to invest in all the gear to
find out if the family likes it, we
can offer you a pre-pitched tent on our site - all you need bring is
bedding and air beds. If you think that you'll miss your home comforts
too much we can even provide a TV in the tent so you won't miss
