We now have a small number of Premier Pitches available. These serviced pitches provide electric hook-ups, mains water and waste water drainage and are available as both grassed pitches and gravelled hardstandings.
For those regular visitors who know the site well the pitches are H1 - H8.

Over 60's Special

Until 27 May 2010 over 60's can take advantage of our special rate - Just £11 per night for 2 adults and up to 2 dogs, inclusive of electric hook-up.
From the 28th May right up to the start of the main summer season on 15th July the same great deal is just £15. Hopefully the sun will be out, But our pool will be open and is nice and warm. Plus the whole area is free of the summer crowds, making it the ideal time to visit North Cornwall.

Open All Year

We are one of the few campsites

in North Cornwall which is open 365 days a year. Rallies are welcome in low and mid seaon.

Latest Surf Forecast for the Widemouth Bay and Bude Area (link to bottom of page)

Budemeadows campsite is ideally located to access the key surfing beaches of Widemouth Bay and Bude. Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches at Bude are less than 4 miles away and when it's quiet campers are able to hear the surf at Widemouth which is about a mile away, literally just down the road.

Widemouth in particular attracts surfers the year round and whilst the winter months are probably best left to devotees, the sea in summer is warm and inviting and the water is probably at its warmest in September and October.

Low tide at Widemouth Bay

We are open all year and the site has heated toilet blocks with free showers and plenty of hot water. Our hard standings are ideal for motorhomes and camper vans and will ensure you don't get that sinking feeling when the ground is wet. Our pitches have 16 Amp hook ups so in winter you should be able to run the heater and the lights at the same time.

If you are looking for great camping site in Cornwall then rest assured you have found us. Great surf on the doorstep and a friendly welcome on site. Our showers are free so no fumbling for 20p when the shampoo's in your eyes and, in Mid & High Season, Grumpy Pete's Bar provides a quiet place to reflect on the day over a beer, cider, wine, fresh Coffee or our specialty Italian hot chocolate.
